She's worn a fake-out short bob before, but this time, Julius transformed Stephanie into a Marilyn Monroe lookalike with a wavy, piece-y side-parted blonde look.
So pretty! This short (faux) cut totally suits Stephanie, and she really is channeling Marilyn Monroe in a way that's 2019 and not costume-y at all. Her baby blue one-shoulder outfit with a flirty high-low hem adds to the effect — as does a bit of diamond bling on her wrist and her heels.
