The typical baby shower doesn't tend to be a test of the limits of its guests' livers. But the typical baby shower is a far cry from Andy Cohen's bash — which will go down in history as one of the most epic parties of all time.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Bravo Tuesday, November 19 at 8/7c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

When The Feast caught up The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills ladies at the premiere party on February 12 in West Hollywood, we got the inside scoop on the boozing that really went down at the party where Housewives famously danced on tables. And while Kyle Richards told us she didn't have a hangover after the rager — she said her high was natural, coming from the positive vibes of the occasion — she revealed that, yes, there was plenty of booze there too.

And not everyone fared as well as Kyle did: Despite the good vibes, the booze took its toll on some of the other ladies. So what do The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills do when they're nursing hangovers?

"I know it sounds crazy," Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave told us, but she gets up and heads for SoulCycle. "I mean, Kyle and I always joke, ‘Alright, we gotta do SoulCycle — tomorrow’s the day!’ Because for me at least, especially after I drink, I have a little bit of anxiety. Like I’m looking for any little crumb of something I could have done wrong — I’m not the world’s best hungover person. But working out, drinking water, going down that rabbit hole [helps]. Grease does not make me feel better, even though I want it — but it doesn’t actually make me feel better."

Before SoulCyle, Teddi told us, she has a healthy bite to eat. "I’ll wake up and have oatmeal with blueberries or scrambled egg whites and a slice of toast or something like that." And when The Feast noted how virtuous she is for that go-to approach, she told us, "I’m not — but I have to be very disciplined when it comes to it, because I know the alternative."

Fair enough. And now let's compare Teddi's approach with the typical tack taken by Erika Girardi. Erika told The Feast that Andy's shower, "was so much fun! It was great because we were there for him and we weren’t working — so it just felt really good. We were having a really good time. You can’t make that up. You can’t force that. That’s what people don't understand. You can’t force that type of thing to happen. That was a natural occurrence."

And yes, she told us, Erika did have a hangover to show for all that fun. So what does Erika do when that happens? Well, "You just stay in bed and pray," she told us. (Amen!)

And when we told Erika how Teddi described her own hangover cure, Erika said, "Well, Teddi’s insane for saying that. And I will tell her she’s insane for saying that! Teddi’s hangover cure is SoulCycle. Mine is, like, more liquor. Cheeseburgers."

Hey — respect to both RHOBH party girls. To each her own!
