Sutton Stracke has a legendary collection of jaw-dropping jewelry that includes heirloom pieces, vintage diamonds, and lots and lots of Cartier. But even a couture-level collector like Sutton has to borrow a bauble or two when it's time to glam up for the RHOBH reunion. And now, Sutton is sharing the unexpected backstory behind her sea blue and diamond cluster hair pin that had a protective purpose.
For the socially distant affair, Sutton dazzled in an embellished, semi-sheer midi dress with glittering diamond details and fringe at the hem. But that wasn't the only source of sparkle for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills newcomer. Sutton also rocked an icy aquamarine and diamond hair pin along her off-center part. It turns out, her luxe hair piece had an interesting history.
"A huge thank you to [Jennifer Tilly] for letting me borrow aquamarines and diamonds for mental strength for #RHOBH reunion!" Sutton explained on September 2 as she showed off a closer look at the stunning statement clip.
Of course, Sutton brought her bling from a Hollywood icon.
