Kyle Richards Shares a Look at Her Impressive Workout Routine
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member detailed her fitness routine.
Earlier this year, Kyle Richards began documenting her health journey after people were speculating about her weight loss. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member first cleared up rumors that she was taking medication and revealed she was on an intentional regimen with her food and fitness choices.
During a January episode of Two Ts in a Pod, a podcast series co-hosted by RHOBH’s alum Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave and The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Tamra Judge, Kyle spoke about her newfound health journey and further detailed what she had been up to on the diet and exercise front.
“After gaining weight during the summer... I said, ‘That is it. I’m not having any sugar, any carbs, any alcohol. I thought for maybe, you know, two, three weeks until I lost weight,” she explained at the time. “But then I was losing weight, I was working out every single day, and I started losing weight and I felt so good, I’m like, ‘Why would I go back to that?’ So I still have not had alcohol at all. I mean, I’ll have a bite of birthday cake here and there, kind of thing.”
Recently, the California mom shared how she's staying committed to that routine, detailing her weekend workout.
Kyle Richards' Workout Details
On August 27, Kyle took to her Instagram Stories to share a few snaps of herself on a treadmill wearing black leggings and hot pink sneakers.
"Alternating between walking on an incline...and running," Kyle wrote over two of the Stories, indicating the kind of fitness routine she was taking on for the day.
Another photo of the machine shared the details of the workout, including how Kyle was able to burn a whopping 471 calories with the routine.

Maintaing a workout regimen definitely isn't easy, but Kyle has proved her commitment not only on Sunday, but on vacation.
During her recent trip to Italy with her family, the mom of four shared a few Instagram Stories detailing her cardio and weight lifting routine on the deck of a yacht.
“No excuses,” Kyle captioned the Story of herself doing chest presses in a bikini.
“I’ve never seen weights like this,” Kyle captioned the photo, in which she was seen holding adjustable dumbbells. “But they will do.”
The RHOBH OG also went on to share a snapshot of herself on a stationary bike, getting in a cardio sweat session as she took in the beautiful Amalfi coast.
