Kyle Richards Just Accomplished a Major “First” in Her Health Journey (PICS)
The RHOBH cast member was joined by her friends Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave and Morgan Wade for her recent fitness feat.
We thought Kyle Richards had already taken her fitness journey to the next level, but she just keeps climbing.
On October 22, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member took to her Instagram Stories to share a selfie with RHOBH alum Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave and Morgan Wade, revealing she had just run a 10k race. "My first 10k," Kyle wrote over the snap, adding that the run totaled "6.8 miles." She was also sure to note that the race was to benefit the Malibu Search & Rescue Team.
For the sunny selfie, Kyle wore a black tank top, pairing her look with lightly tinted sunglasses and a black baseball cap with a bee print. Morgan joined in the background with a black t-shirt, red cap, and tinted square sunglasses while Teddi wore a white sweatshirt and black baseball cap from Alo ($58).

Kyle also re-posted an Instagram Story from Teddi that showed Kyle, Teddi, and Morgan posing at the finish line of the race.
"I am already sore but it was worth it," Teddi wrote over the photo where the three women wore matching sage-green hooded sweatshirts. We also saw that Kyle sported bright blue leggings for the race while Teddi opted for black leggings.
Kyle Richards' health journey
In addition to announcing her completion of a 10k race, Kyle has been sharing the details of her health and fitness journey with fans over the past few months. Earlier this year, the mom of four began documenting her experience after people were asking about her weight loss. Despite speculation, Kyle cleared up rumors that she was taking medication, further revealing she was being super intentional about her food and fitness choices.
During a January episode of Two Ts in a Pod, a podcast series co-hosted by Teddi and The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Tamra Judge, Kyle spoke about her journey, further sharing what she'd been up to on the diet and exercise front.
“After gaining weight during the summer... I said, ‘That is it. I’m not having any sugar, any carbs, any alcohol. I thought for maybe, you know, two, three weeks until I lost weight,” she explained at the time. “But then I was losing weight, I was working out every single day, and I started losing weight and I felt so good, I’m like, ‘Why would I go back to that?’ So I still have not had alcohol at all. I mean, I’ll have a bite of birthday cake here and there, kind of thing.”
