Kyle is continuing to put the rumors to rest by explaining exactly how she lost weight recently. “After gaining weight during the summer, on July 15, I got off the boat and I said, ‘That is it. I’m not having any sugar, any carbs, any alcohol. I thought for maybe, you know, two, three weeks until I lost weight,” she said on the January 23 episode of Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave and Tamra Judge’s podcast, Two Ts in a Pod. “But then I was losing weight, I was working out every single day, and I started losing weight and I felt so good, I’m like, ‘Why would I go back to that?’ So I still have not had alcohol at all. I mean, I’ll have a bite of birthday cake here and there, kind of thing.”

“I’ve never felt better in my entire life, honestly,” said Kyle, who also noted that she had a breast reduction last year. “I work my ass off, and I really resent when people think I’m just paying to get it done.”

Earlier this month, Kyle shared a photo mid-workout. “One of my goals for 2023 is to take my fitness to the next level,” she wrote, adding that her home gym is “where you can find [her] for the foreseeable future.”
