Kyle Richards Reveals How Her Daughters Felt About Walking in Her Fashion Show
The RHOBH mom said Sophia and Alexia "were not exactly comfortable with the idea."
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 10 premiere kicked off with a behind-the-scenes look at Kyle Richards’ debut at New York Fashion Week show for her line, Kyle X Shahida. In the episode, cast members Lisa Rinna, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Girardi, and Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave all shared their thoughts on how it felt to strut the runway, and it seems like for the most part, they all had a blast. (Particularly Lisa, who was super excited to walk in her first runway show.) But it sounds like Kyle’s daughters didn’t really share the same level of excitement.
In an April 16 Instagram post, Kyle opened up about her daughters’ participation in the event. She shared a gorgeous selfie of Alexia and Sophia, captioning it, “I was so proud having my girls Alexia and Sophia walking in the Kyle X Shahida fashion show! They were not exactly comfortable with the idea, but wanted to support me and they did amazing.”
Although the girls may not have felt like they were completely in their own elements, they still made sure to support their mom on social media, too. Back in September, Sophia shared some photos of she and Alexia rocking their Kyle X Shahida looks.
“Still not over NYFW or how AMAZING my mom is,” she wrote. “I am so proud of you.”
Sophia also posted a close-up photo of her runway look, which included a long, sleek ponytail and bright statement eyeshadow.
