Dorit Kemsley Has Some Thoughts About Her Kids' Reaction to Her Fashion Choices
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fashionista has met her toughest critics yet: her children, Jagger and Phoenix.
When it comes to fashion, Dorit Kemsley loves to take a risk. Of course, that means The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member is sometimes faced with criticism, and on the May 19 Season 11 premiere, she was met with her harshest (and most adorable) critics yet: her kids!
When Dorit got all glammed up for the ladies’ first big event of the season — a “barbecue” dinner at her home where the women were dressed to impress — her son, Jagger, and daughter, Phoenix, had some thoughts on the look that she chose. Jagger found that her shimmering dress “looked like a robe,” while Phoenix pointed out that the plunging neckline showed her “boobies.”
Dorit reacted to their comments in a series of Instagram posts, writing, “Does my dress look like a robe?! I love my babies and how honest and ADORABLE they are! How sweet that Jagger wanted to whisper in my ear not realizing I’m mic’d and the cameras catch everything! Lol!”
Newly-minted ‘Wife Sutton Stracke disagreed with Jagger, commenting, “No, stunning!”
In another image, in which she shared a close-up of her glam, Dorit wrote, “Phoenix has a point.” Lisa Rinna weighed in, adding, “The boobs are on [fire emoji]” while newcomer Crystal Kung Minkoff wrote, “You look perfect.”
Dorit’s husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley also had some thoughts about his children’s commentary; he said Phoenix deserves a diamond of her own! “Excited to introduce the first addition to the cast of RHOBH season 136… she’s called Phoenix and she’s a total princess,” he wrote alongside a sweet photo of his little girl.
