The Beverly Hills Housewives Share Their Honest Thoughts on the "Ugly Leather Pants"

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills have served plenty of iconic moments over the past 11 seasons, ranging from "the bunny" to Lisa Rinna's classic self-assessment: "I'm just an a---hole with iconic hair and big lips." But in Season 11, few three-word phrases have stood out as much as: "Ugly leather pants." (To be fair, "who is hunky dory" is four words.) 

In the July 14 episode, Sutton Stracke and Crystal Kung Minkoff got into an argument that ended with Crystal calling Sutton jealous. "Jealous of what?" Sutton famously retorted. "Your ugly leather pants?" After the diss, the other ladies weighed in on Crystal's outfit du jour. 

In her interview during the episode, Sutton quipped: "That was wrong of me. I think they were pleather, not leather pants." Meanwhile, Dorit Kemsley said in her interview: "When you insult someone's outfit, that is below the belt." Erika Girardi's reaction? "Not everybody likes what everyone wears. Sutton's worn some questionable sh--." And Kathy Hilton came to her friend's defense: "I think the pants are darling," she said.
