Kyle Richards Getting Mauricio Umansky to Curl Her Hair Is Ultimate Couple Goals
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband surprised Kyle with his curling iron skills.
Who needs a glam squad when you've got Mauricio Umansky? On last night's episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the top realtor proved he's got Kyle Richards' back whatever the issue — even if it has to do with a strand of hair that refuses to cooperate.
Let's set up the scene: On last night's episode of RHOBH, Kyle and her family are in D.C. to drop daughter Sophia off for her first year of college, and Kyle's getting ready in the hotel while simultaneously attempting to curl her ponytail and chat on the phone with pal Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave about all the Bahamas drama. "I'm just struggling with my hair," she says. "There's literally a piece that is stick straight."
Mauricio grabbed the curling iron and jumped right in. Teddi asked: "Are you having Mauricio curl your hair right now?" (Catch up here and see Mauricio setting a standard for husbands everywhere.)
Clip-free curling wands have a bit of a learning curve, and Kyle coached Mauricio with a few tips. "Honey, leave a little bit of the end out," she said, warning him not to leave the strand of hair on the iron too long and burn it right off.
Mauricio took this mission seriously, putting a dramatic flourish on each strand he curled. Turns out he has a knack for it, and Kyle had to give him props for a job well done. "That was actually impressive," she joked at his hairstyling skills. We agree!
