Drew Sidora Puts Her Backside on Display in the Cheekiest Birthday Photo

Drew Sidora just celebrated her birthday with some epic cake, and no, we’re not talking about the baked good. The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member celebrated another year with a trip to the Dominican Republic alongside her husband Ralph Pittman, and the multi-hyphenate left the vacation with some legendary photos.
In an Instagram post shared with an “it’s my birthday” hashtag, Drew served up a cheeky pose from a balcony overlooking the ocean. Dressed in what appeared to be only a tropical-print top, oversized sunglasses, and a bold pair of sandals with a snakeskin wedge and neon yellow and pink straps, Drew gave her Instagram followers a look at her backside.
Drew used the caption of her post to beat any potential haters to the punch, writing, “Taken and approved by [Ralph Pittman Jr.]” A few familiar names also popped up in the comment section, including RHOA friend Tanya Sam who wrote, “Happy birthday buns” with a peach emoji, and LaToya Ali who added, “Happy birthday Queen.”
The birthday girl also showed off a better look at the front of her top, which featured a plunging neckline and spaghetti straps that provided a glimpse at her chest tattoo, in a selfie shared a day earlier.
Drew’s birthday snapshot isn’t the first time she’s stepped out sans pants, lately. On April 20, she posed for a picture before heading out for a dinner date night in Atlanta with Ralph and wore nothing but a royal blue double-breasted blazer and gorgeous bejeweled earrings. In response to a follower who wrote “No pants?” Drew served up a coy response by sending only a wink-face emoji.
