Just days after returning to Georgia, The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum traveled across the pond to attend Mick Jagger’s 80th birthday bash in London. Cynthia documented the night via Instagram this week, sharing multiple photos of her stunning party-guest look.
Cynthia shines in sequins and ruffles
The mother of one donned the Vivian V-neck gown by Needle & Thread, a British womenswear brand that’s been co-signed by Sarah Jessica Parker, Dame Helen Mirren, Drew Barrymore, Kate Middleton, and more. Cynthia chose the soft camel colorway that was equal parts playful and romantic. The piece featured ruffled cap sleeves, rows of tulle frills running from the bodice down to the skirt, and a beautiful sequined polka-dot pattern that gave the gown a touch of shimmer.
The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip alum accessorized with gold hoop earrings, an opaque box clutch with gold detailing, and open-toed beige heels. As for the glam and hair, Cynthia rocked a glittery smoky eye, a sepia brown lip, light pink nail polish, and a sleek top bun.

Cynthia shares a peek at Mick Jagger’s “epic” party
Jagger celebrated the big 8-0 on Wednesday, July 26, with an intimate get-together at his home. He and his family then took the celebration to the famed Chelsea nightclub Embargo Republica, where he was joined by Cynthia, as well as stars such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Lenny Kravitz, Anjelica Huston, his former girlfriend Jerry Hall, and his current partner Melanie Hamrick — a retired American ballerina with whom he shares a child.
“Celebrating [Mick Jagger’s] 80th birthday in London with his friends [and] family was epic!” Cynthia captioned a selfie with the Rolling Stones frontman. “There was so much love in the room [and] so much love for this man. Thank you [Melanie Hamrick] for including me in this once in a lifetime moment. You & Mick made me feel right at home! Continued love [and] blessings to you both!”
Cynthia says she met Mick Jagger through Sutton Stracke
Cynthia spoke about the event while guest co-hosting the Two T’s in a Pod podcast with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave.
“Oh my goodness. I can’t even contain myself,” Cynthia said during the July 26 episode. “I’m literally packing to leave as soon as I get done with this and I’m going for one day. I used all my Delta miles to go. It was crazy, kind of last minute, but at the end of the day, I was like, if I’m ever going to clean out my SkyMiles, this is a good reason to do it.”
Cynthia said she met Jagger and Hamrick when she attended a ballet gala alongside RHOBH’s Sutton Stracke. She said Hamrick sent her a DM shortly after asking if she’d like to attend the party.
“I wouldn’t have got the invite had Sutton not invited me to the American Ballet Gala,” she said before Teddi asked which rock star she planned to make out with.
“I haven’t thought that far ahead,” Cynthia said with a laugh. “Well, here’s the thing with those rock stars, I mean, they’re all like older guys, right? So I’m already in the same lane with them… Maybe they won’t ask me my age.”
