21 Gorgeously Over-the-Top Bravolebrity Wedding Dresses
These crystal-drenched, lacy gowns are the stuff wedding dreams are made of.
When it comes to style, Bravolebrities embrace all things over-the-top. (And oh, how we love them for that.) Whether they're sitting down for an interview, getting all glam for a reunion, or even hitting the beach, the ladies of Bravo know how to put together some head-turning looks. So, we probably don't need to tell you that the ladies have displayed pretty incredible bridal style, as well.
Bravo fans have had a chance to witness some spectacular weddings over the years, whether it was Kim Zolciak-Biermann's wedding to Kroy Biermann, Nene Leakes' second marriage to Gregg Leakes, or Brittany Cartwright's big day in a Kentucky castle. And even the ceremonies that weren't televised have lent a little romance to our Instagram feeds — remember when Dorit Kemsley graced us with a throwback snap of her gorgeous wedding?
All the weddings had plenty of eye candy, including lavish decor and some of the most show-stopping cakes we've seen to date. But if you ask us, there's nothing quite so lovely as a glowing bride in a fit-for-a-princess gown. To prove it, we're taking a look back at exquisite bridal gowns from 16 Bravolebrity weddings past. (Note that there are 21 dresses in the roundup, though — you know some of these ladies wore multiple gowns.)
So pour yourself a glass of champagne and keep scrolling: There's lace, satin, and sparkle ahead that definitely deserve a toast.
Brittany Cartwright
Vanderpump Rules resident southern belle married Jax Taylor at a 2019 wedding in a Kentucky castle. And fittingly, her dress was as princess-y as they come. The Kentucky native wore a floor-skimming gown by Netta BenShabu. Pearl beads studded the intricate bodice, and floaty, off-the-shoulder sleeves channeled fairytale romance.
LeeAnne Locken
The Real Housewives of Dallas alum looked like a queen at her 2019 wedding to Rich Emberlin. Crowned with a glittering emerald tiara, the bride wore a custom lace gown by Nardos Imam. She floated down the aisle in a long-sleeved look made of French lace and Duchess satin.
Eva Marcille
The Real Housewives of Atlanta model wore two glam dresses when she married Michael Sterling in 2018. After walking down the aisle in a sparkly haute couture ball gown with a deep sweetheart neckline and a voluminous skirt, she hit her reception in a slinky lace gown.
Candiace Dillard Bassett
At her opulent 2018 wedding, The Real Housewives of Potomac stunner wore a custom silk organza dress by New York designer Karen Sabag. The show-stopping ballgown had a 70-foot train, but the sleeves were even more arresting: On each shoulder, a French bow was beaded by hand and covered in 80 yards of Swarovski crystals.
Camille Grammer
At her Hawaiian wedding to David Meyer in 2018, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills friend worked with designer Malan Breton to create a gown that oozed island glamour. Wearing a simple flower in her hair, the bride stunned in a sheer gown with floral cut-outs and an extravagant train.
Denise Richards
The RHOBH cast member married Aaron Phypers at a Malibu ceremony in 2018. Instead of a traditional gown, the Wild Things star opted for a lacy wedding romper by Mark Zunino. (Fun fact: The designer managed to stitch up the spunky look in a single day.) "I loved what I wore — it was fun and sexy and I thought appropriate for a Malibu wedding by the beach," Denise later said.
Mercedes "MJ" Javid
When she married Tommy Feight in 2018, the Shahs of Sunset mama made quite an entrance. The bride wore an embroidered, sheer mermaid gown custom-designed by Pedram Couture. She accessorized with a blinged-out crown, matching silver jewelry, and a floor-length veil.
Dina Manzo
The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum had a low-key wedding to Dave Cantin in 2017. She didn't make the news public until 2019, when we finally caught a glimpse of the sweet, bohemian dress she wore. The loosely flowing frock had lacy bell sleeves, and tied around the waist. It looks like something a poet might wear to walk down the aisle.
Katie Maloney-Schwartz
When she wed Tom Schwartz in 2016, Katie wore a dreamy, lacy gown by Zuhair Murad. Though the gown didn't come cheap — Katie revealed on The Daily Dish podcast that it cost $15,000 — she stands by her splurge. "I mean, hello, it was Zuhair Murad, and it was perfect," she said. "I couldn’t even dream of a better dress."
Dorit Kemsley
The RHOBH style maven married Paul "PK" Kemsley back in 2015. And thanks to a 2020 Instagram post, we finally got to see what Dorit wore. For her big day, the style chameleon opted for two different gowns. For the ceremony, she wore a strapless white gown with a flowing white veil; later, she hit the dance floor in a slinky, beaded reception dress.
Kandi Burruss
The Real Housewives of Atlanta music mogul married Todd Tucker at a Coming to America-themed wedding in 2014. The bride wore a custom $20,000 Reco Chapple gown, which had a 12-foot train made of feathers. On her feet, she wore Christian Louboutin's 5-inch Body Strass crystal-studded transparent stilettos.
Cameran Eubanks
The Southern Charm beauty married Jason Wimberly in 2014. For the plantation wedding, the bride wore a simple white dress with a halter neck and a low back crisscrossed with straps. She wore her hair in loose, lush curls, and carried a bouquet of purple orchids.
Nene Leakes
When she remarried hubby Gregg Leakes in 2013, the fashion maven donned a $50,000 gold-encrusted Baracci gown. For the reception, she changed into a $20,000 Pnina Tornai dress.
Tamra Judge
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum married Eddie Judge at a 2013 wedding at the St. Regis Monarch Beach. She wore not one, not two, but three custom gowns from designer Mark Zunino. Tamra's blush ceremony gown sparkled with intricate beadwork. "[It] fit like a glove but weighed a lot and was hard to walk in," she later said. "After a few hours in that dress, I was ready for the slinky, comfortable reception dress. My short dress was fun and moved well while performing the cha-cha!" And for dinner, Tamra wore a fitted gown with a sheer neckline and intricate floral details.
Kim Zolciak-Biermann
When the Don't Be Tardy mama married Kroy Biermann in 2011, she wore a $58,000 Baracci gown that was made out of Duchess satin and covered in crystals, pearls, and embroidered lace. The dress reportedly weighed a whopping 35 pounds.
Pandora Vanderpump Sabo
When she married Jason Sabo at her parents' Beverly Hills estate in 2011, Lisa Vanderpump's daughter looked gorgeous in an elaborate white gown by Ian Stuart. She completed the princess vibes with a jeweled tiara, and carried a bouquet in her mother's signature hue: pink.
