Indeed, The Rock married his longtime love Lauren Hashian in Hawaii with a downhome-style affair including an understated but nevertheless beautiful wedding cake. He finally revealed details of the top secret affair in an Instagram photo album, which he captioned: "Our Hawaiian wedding was beautiful and I want to thank our incredible staff for their outstanding work.To carry out my #1 goal of complete privacy, no wedding planners or outside resources were hired. Everything you see was created by hand, by staff and family only. The end results were spectacular and @laurenhashianofficial and I will forever be grateful for helping our hearts sing on this day."
The Rock's wedding cake was a simple, sweet confection — not strictly bridal white, but topped with a colorful rainbow, appropriate for the parents of two vibrant children, to whom the Rock is famously devoted.
The gallery also reveals the details of the pair's wedding menu — handwritten on a white board. Breakfast items include stacks of fruity pancakes, as well as grilled cheese sandwiches.
