Why Danielle Olivera Was Missing from Summer House Season 8's Big Party (Hint: It Involves a Guy)

The Summer House crew threw one of their biggest parties to date on Season 8, Episode 6 — a "Hamptons 500" bash complete with an official pace car, go-karts, an inflatable obstacle track, and so much more — but believe it or not, Danielle Olivera was nowhere to be found.
Why was Danielle Olivera missing from the race car-themed party on Summer House Season 8?
In a preview for Summer House Season 8, Episode 7 — set to air Thursday, April 4 — Danielle explains exactly why she was absent after Jesse Solomon asks how her weekend away was. "I worked for a lot of it, but then I treated myself," Danielle says. "I, like, hooked up with a drummer who lives in L.A. — so, perfect."
Upon hearing this, Jesse's fellow Season 8 newcomer West Wilson jokingly asks Danielle, "Could he bang it out?"
Her response? "Yeah," she said with a laugh, prompting Jesse to happily tell her, "Congrats on the sex!"

Danielle didn't share any additional details about the aforementioned drummer, but her official BravoTV.com bio may shed some light on where her love life is headed as Summer House Season 8 continues.
"For the first time in years, Danielle is single for the summer! After a tumultuous winter, she isn’t interested in another house romance, but she is ready to mingle with outsiders who come her way," Danielle's bio reads. "After their major fallout year, she is also attempting to rebuild her friendship with Lindsay [Hubbard] by setting boundaries to prevent encountering the same issues. Will she be able to rebuild the relationship with her former best friend while allowing herself to grow, find love, and launch her new app?"
As fans may recall, Danielle's "tumultuous winter" was spent with Below Deck Sailing Yacht deckhand Alex Propson on Winter House Season 3.
More recently, she dated Southern Hospitality V.I.P. manager Joe Bradley after they met at BravoCon 2023 in November. However, Danielle confirmed in February on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen that she and Joe are no longer together.
