Fans have watched the Coto Insurance founder go through her fair share of relationship ups and downs on The Real Housewives of Orange County — from her divorce from Donn Gunvalson, to her breakups from ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers and ex-fiancé Steve Lodge.
After some woes in her personal life, Vicki has found a lasting connection with Michael Smith, who she began dating in early 2022.
The couple decided to take things slow in their relationship, with Michael only relocating to California from Texas in June 2023. Now, Vicki is revealing that she was present for a major moment in Michael's family's life: his daughter Olivia's engagement.

Vicki took to Instagram on June 23 to share a carousel of photos of Michael's daughter getting engaged.
"So happy to have witnessed [Adam Webb] ask for [Olivia Madeline Smith's] hand in marriage. (Michael’s daughter)," she captioned the emotional post. "May God bless their life together and I am so happy for both of them."
The RHOC alum's longtime pal, Shannon Storms Beador, celebrated the special moment in the comments section.
"Congratulations Olivia!!!" Shannon wrote in a comment on Vicki's post. "So happy for you!!!"
Fellow RHOC alum Jeana Keough added, "Congrats! How exciting !"
Vicki shares a special connection with her boyfriend's daughter. Back in June 2023, Vicki confirmed that Michael's daughter, Olivia, was working at Coto Insurance as well. Vicki's son, Michael Wolfsmith, also works at the insurance company.

After beginning her relationship with Michael in early 2022, Vicki went public with the romance in June of that year.
A year later, Michael moved to California, and Vicki felt hopeful that the two would eventually take the next step and live together.
"We will eventually [live together] if we keep this going,” she told Page Six at the time, noting that the pair was "taking it slow."
Since then, Vicki and Michael have been moving from strength to strength, and Vicki will soon be returning to the screen to appear on Season 18 of RHOC.
