Who Is Kristen Taekman’s Husband? Meet the RHONY Alum's Partner Josh
Kristen and Josh Taekman have gone through highs and lows during their 19 years of marriage.
Being a Real Housewife is just like riding a bike. Ask Kristen Taekman, an alum of The Real Housewives of New York City, who noted that fact on social media.
After an eight-year hiatus, Kristen instantly snapped back into reality-TV mode in Peacock’s The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy, which follows Kristen, Kelly Killoren Bensimon, Luann de Lesseps, Dorinda Medley, Sonja Morgan, and Ramona Singer to sunny, sandy, sexy St. Barts.
In the trailer for the series, premiering Dec. 14 on Peacock, Kristen, who shared glimpses of her family dynamics in 2014 and 2015 on the Bravo series, reminds her fellow travelers of a simple relationship reality: “There’s six women here,” Kristen declares. “And you’re all divorced!”
Today, Kristen and husband Josh Taekman remain happily married. Before the series launches, here’s what you need to know about her spouse.

A homegrown Californian, Josh Taekman is an “early innovator in the natural supplement and wellness space,” according to his bio. In 2008, he co-founded EBOOST, a natural energy and recovery drink whose high-profile fans include Oprah Winfrey, Hugh Jackman, and America's Got Talent’s Heidi Klum.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Josh spent the ’90s in the music industry. He co-founded and was Vice President of Marketing for rap mogul Sean Combs’ Bad Boy Entertainment. Post-Diddy, Josh formed the marketing agency Buzztone, which eventually led him to create EBOOST, he told forcebrands.com.
Today Josh remains tethered to the world of music as a board member of Playing for Change Foundation, a music and arts education program with an international reach.
Inside Kristen and Josh Taekman's Marriage
Kristen and Josh tied the knot in October 2005. Flash forward nearly two decades and they’re still together and living in Los Angeles with their two children, son Cassius, who’s 15, and daughter Kingsley who’s 11.
In October, Josh celebrated the union on Instagram. “Happy 19th Anniversary to the most amazing wife, mother, and partner! Here's to nearly two decades of love, laughter, and incredible memories,” he wrote.
“I look forward to many more years of adventure, experiences, and being your ride or die support,” he added. “Cheers to our beautiful journey together!”
Kristen did likewise on Insta, with a series of pics capturing the couple over time. “Celebrating 19 years with … @jmtaekman. [heart emoji] I love you.”
