The RHONY cast member spoke about the way her love life has been covered by New York tabloids in the Season 14 trailer.

Fashion icon Jenna Lyons is taking the Big Apple by storm in Season 14 of The Real Housewives of New York City, but who does she have by her side these days?

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New York City on Bravo Tuesdays at 9/8c and stream next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo app.

Jenna, a mother of a 16-year-old son named Beckett, joined the show’s all-new and dynamic cast as the first openly gay New York City ‘Wife. She was single and ready to mingle throughout most of the season, even getting a woman's number at a bar, but these days, she's serious with another woman altogether.

Here's what you need to know about Jenna Lyons' girlfriend and her love life in general.

Who is Jenna Lyons dating? Jenna Lyons' girlfriend's identity

Jenna Lyons is dating photographer Cass Bird, The New York Times reported. Her work has been displayed in exhibits both domestic and abroad.

Cass Bird recently revealed to The Cut she and Jenna connected at a friend's place in Brooklyn earlier this year, after Jenna’s breakup that is currently unfolding on RHONY, and Cass' breakup with longtime partner Ali Bird, with whom she has two children.

“It was laugh-y and silly,” Cass Bird told The Cut about first meeting Jenna. “We hung out and were like, ‘Yep.’ She is an actual mutant. Which I know you know already.”

Jenna has continued to share those laughs publicly. Besides sharing their trip to Greece and the Mediterranean, Jenna also recently posted a picture of her and Bird smiling together on her Instagram, writing, “No caption needed.”

Is Jenna Lyons engaged?

No, Jenna Lyons is not engaged to Cass Bird, sources confirmed to PEOPLE — yet, anyway.

Rumors spread that the two were en route to tying the knot after Jenna posted an intimate photo of the two together in Paris, showing off a large diamond on that finger. Even though the pic prompted several Bravolebs to congratulate Jenna, the PEOPLE source insisted it wasn't needed.

“She’s not engaged,” a source close to Jenna allegedly told PEOPLE.“She’s had that ring forever, and though it does look like an engagement ring, it’s not.”

Andy Cohen pressed Jenna about it on the October 15 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

“I just really … so, basically, here is the story. My girlfriend, who I adore, kept telling me that I had to button my shirt. And I said, ‘If you want me to button my shirt, you have to put a ring on it,'” Jenna said.

But when Andy asked her to clarify, she simply said, “I’m very happy.”

Jenna has been married before, though.

Who was Jenna Lyons married to?

Before coming out as a queer woman, Jenna was married to artist Vincent Mazeau, the father of her only son, Beckett. Like Jenna, Mazeau was well-connected in the fashion world, having spent more than a decade working alongside fashion photographers like Richard Avedon, Steven Klein, and Steven Meisel, according to PEOPLE.

Sources told the outlet that Mazeau, a Yale graduate, had a successful career as a sculptor and set designer for commercials, with editorials in Vogue and W Magazine. Mazeau was also the set designer for several commercials with clients such as Yves St. Laurent, Dolce & Gabbana, and Calvin Klein.

Some of Mazeau’s works are still on exhibition at the Lehmann Maupin art gallery in New York City.

Lyons and Mazeau had been romantically linked since 1996 and were married for a nine-year period between 2002 and 2011. They continued to live with one another at their Brooklyn brownstone home as they co-parented Beckett, who was then still a young child.

Following the divorce, Mazeau traded in his artist’s cap to enroll at the French Culinary Institute, opening Brooklyn’s Cherry Point restaurant, which the New York Times called “a refined British restaurant found hiding in a Brooklyn Bar” back in 2019.

Who has Jenna Lyons dated in the past?

Following her divorce, Lyons was linked to jewelry designer Courtney Crangi, although the pair split in 2017.

As seen in the First Look of The Real Housewives of New York City, Jenna tells the other 'Wives she was outed by the media, indicating she hadn’t come out on her own as a gay woman.

“That was done for me by the New York Post,” says Jenna.

Jenna has discussed being outed on multiple occasions, including with New York Magazine and on her series, Stylish with Jenna Lyons.

Who Is Jenna Lyons' Son?

Jenna shares joint custody of Beckett, her teenage son with Mazeau.

In the season premiere, Jenna explained she was nervous about having the Housewives over, something she wasn’t entirely used to due to her focus on the family.

“After leaving my job, to me, it was more important to spend time with my son,” said Jenna.

While speaking to The Daily Dish for the red carpet premiere party, Jenna discussed a RHONY scene showing her and Beckett putting up their Christmas tree. She explained she “struggled” to make family traditions, having been raised in a non-religious household by a mother who hadn’t formed holiday rituals of her own.

“But one of them is a pie fight, which we were not able to do because of the weather,” Jenna told The Daily Dish. “But normally, we have huge pie fights, and I call, like, I’ve blocked off the street, and we all throw pies at each other, and it’s so fun. I love it, too.”

Clearly, motherhood is a top priority for Jenna.
