Here's What Shannon Storms Beador Really Thinks of New Housewife Elizabeth Lyn Vargas
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member made some intriguing statements about the newcomer.
A new season of The Real Housewives of Orange County has officially kicked off, and, in addition to catching up with the ladies of the OC, we also got to meet a new Housewife, Elizabeth Lyn Vargas.
What we learned about Elizabeth from the RHOC Season 15 premiere alone is that she lives quite the "extravagant lifestyle," which we could totally gather from her gorgeous beach house featured in the episode. "Elizabeth is a big personality. She's fun, she takes no s--t from anyone," Braunwyn Windham-Burke described Elizabeth in an interview during the episode. "She showed up at the bougie Balboa Bay Club wearing a onesie pajama with a butt flap. That's how little s--t she cares."
Elizabeth definitely raised some eyebrows during the episode when she opened up about her relationship with her boyfriend, Jimmy. She explained that she and Jimmy have not gotten intimate because she is still in the process of divorcing her ex-husband. "He just wants to do it right, and he really cares for me," Elizabeth shared. "The reason I like him is because he's good company, and I know exactly where he's at."
Elizabeth shared that she actually came from more humble beginnings growing up in West Plains, Missouri. Now that Elizabeth has the means to give back, she is looking into starting a rescue center for dogs that will include a rehabilitation center and a medical center, especially since her dog of five years, Coda, has given so much to her. "Since I adopted Coda, he's been the light of my life. During my divorce, I was depressed for three years on my couch," Elizabeth shared in an interview during the episode. "He gives me purpose."
As Elizabeth also considers what's next for Edge Music Network, the music video streaming service she founded and serves as CEO, she is excited for her next chapter. "I'm kind of just excited to reinvent myself," Elizabeth said in an interview during the episode.
During Shannon Storms Beador's appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on October 14, we also learned that Elizabeth has another very important distinction. "Second Housewife that I clicked with at the beginning," Shannon said of Elizabeth in the above clip.
RHOC fans know that Shannon hasn't always had he best track record when it comes to meeting new Housewives for the first time. However, she hit it off right away with Braunwyn last season, and it sounds like she became fast friends with Elizabeth as well. Shannon can even be seen exclaiming in the trailer for RHOC Season 15, "Elizabeth Vargas is kind of fun!"
However, Shannon teased on WWHL that there's a lot more that fans will learn about Elizabeth as this season of RHOC continues. "But she's very complex," Shannon noted. "There's a lot of layers to peel off to figure out who Elizabeth Vargas is."
