The couple officially tied the knot in December 2021 in a stunning ceremony in the UAE, which was featured on Season 1, Episode 8 of RHODubai.

How did Caroline Stanbury meet her husband, Sergio Carrallo?
In a June 2022 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Caroline revealed how she and Sergio met. "I did a live tour of - it used to be called According to Caroline, now it's called Divorced Not Dead with Live Nation," she explained at the time. "And I was at my only night in Newport Beach and he was in my audience."
The WWHL host then turned to Sergio, who was seated in the audience, and asked what drew him to Caroline's show. Sergio's response? "I was not meant to be there," he began, adding, "Someone invited me and then, you know, I made it there."
Sergio later confessed that Caroline had held a "sensitive spot" in his heart ever since they first locked eyes.
They started dating in 2019 but didn't publicly confirm their relationship until July 2020. Caroline and Sergio got married the following year on December 18, 2021.

Sergio, born and raised in Madrid, Spain, pursued his passion for soccer and became a professional player. Over six years, he played for prestigious clubs such as Real Madrid and UB Conquense. After retiring from the sport, Sergio shifted his focus to a career in digital marketing.
Following his soccer career, Sergio moved to New York and then to California to pursue a degree in marketing and communications at the University of California, Irvine. Sergio eventually uprooted his life to the Middle East after meeting Caroline. The pair have lived in the UAE together since 2020.
