"After the two marriages that I've had, you know, I was super jaded. I'd literally been married to two guys that had been liars. But when I met Todd around five years ago, I knew that he was going to be the one that I was going to be able to trust," Alexia shared in the episode. "I honestly really want to be married to Todd for the rest of my life. He loves me, and he loves [my son Frankie]."

The Miami-based Todd is a real estate agent, business owner, father, and the husband of Alexia Nepola. A longtime Floridian, he received his Bachelors Degree from the University of South Florida in 1994.
According to his LinkedIn bio, he's also extremely dedicated to physical fitness, having finished the Florida Ironman competitions and numerous marathons.

Todd and Alexia’s living situation has long been a topic of conversation on RHOM.
During Season 6, Episode 9 the couple revealed they'd had to move out of their gorgeous 10,000-square-foot rental apartment after the owner sold the space.
"We have been renting for the last six years, and, unfortunately, the owner decided to sell his apartment, and he sold it really quick because I made it so beautiful," Alexia shared in the episode. "That's why we have to move out, because we rent. We didn't buy the unit." She added, "Todd doesn't think it's a good financial decision to buy an apartment. He likes to buy commercial property."
Alexia also noted that she didn’t want to “downsize” when it came to her new home. "Todd is very realistic, and he does know real estate, so he knows that we're going to be spending anywhere between $40,000 and $50,000 for our rental,” she added.
The couple eventually settled in a 4,000-square-foot Miami apartment. It’s much smaller only because they didn’t have much time to look, according to Alexia.

In a confessional, she doubled down on her statement. “Some people find it really weird, but I think a lot of people want to pee and sh-t together," she told producers.

Unlike his wife, Todd isn't Cuban.
"I'd obviously married two Cuban guys, but a Gringo? I'd never had a Gringo," said Alexia in Season 4, Episode 1. "I'm like, 'Todd?' I didn't even know that name. That's like super American for me, by the way."

During Season 4 of RHOM, Todd and Peter weren't on speaking terms. When the family returned for Season 5, they were in a much better place.
“There’s really no handbook that tells us what’s right or wrong or what we have to do. We are just kind of figuring it out along the way. But, you know, we all like each other and love each other and the kids always figure it out. It’s so much easier for them, right?” she told The Daily Dish. “It was good for them since the beginning. I think the parents sometimes make it a little bit more difficult and awkward, but thank God for us that we figured it out, and we’re all in a good place. And Peter and Todd are, like, best friends.”

“A lot of you know the story of how I met Alexia, and a lot of you have heard different stories of how I met Alexia,” he shared during their wedding reception on a yacht, three months after they were married. “The truth is, when I asked her out she said yes and she gave me a business card. I didn’t quite understand what I was supposed to do with that, but she told me her phone number was on it. What no one other than me knows is I still have the business card.”
