Who Checked Sheree, Boo?

Creating a single? Sheree Whitfield initially wanted no part of singing that song. "After the scene with the party planner from last season, I had this producer tweeting me like crazy telling me he wanted to do a song about it. I was like, 'No, that's not what I want to do,'" the Real Housewives of Atlanta star tells Wetpaint about adding a beat to her battle.

However, the music man's persistent attitude eventually wore Sheree down and the birth of "Who Gon' Check Me Boo?" began. "The producer finally called and I said, 'If you can make it relevant to who I am today, let's do it.' So we did."

And thankfully this 'Wife has no regrets about running her red bottoms across the music scene. "What makes me really happy is part of the proceeds go to an art and music program for inner city kids in Chicago."

Plus, now she has a hot track to pump her up while working on that trademark gun show. "Who's already gotten a great workout in today???? What did u do?" the mama of muscle tweeted. On her ambitious workout menu? "I do it at least five times a week. I use kettle balls, I do circuit training, I spin, I kickbox and when the weather's right I'll run outside," Sheree continues telling Wetpaint.
