Which #RHOC Lady Does Vicki Consider a True Friend?
The OG of the OC gets real about her inner circle.
Friends come and go, and Vicki Gunvalson isn't shy about divulging who in her life has done just that. The Real Housewives of Orange County star is opening up about her friendships — and revealing which of the ladies she feels closest with.
"It changes from season to season," she told the Associated Press. "Tamra is my friend ... right now. ... [Former cast member] Alexis Bellino absolutely is my friend. She reaches out to me weekly. I see [former cast member] Lynne [Curtin] every now and then. I see [former cast member] Jeana [Keough] every now and then. You think about all these people I've filmed with all these years and there's not many I stay in touch with."
Having spent 10 seasons on the show, Vicki admits new 'Wives already have an idea of what she's like when they enter the clique and want to use that knowledge. "The disadvantage I have is the new cast members coming in have watched me, so they're gonna try to either be my friend or they're gonna try to tear me down," she said. "I never watched anybody. When I started filming, there was no reality show. We were the first."
Viewers tune in every week to see what is currently happening in Vicki's life on RHOC, but she admits she doesn't watch any reality shows in her down time. "I don't have time," she says. "I think what's good for me is when I do see other Real Housewives cast members [from other cities] like NeNe [Leakes] and Ramona [Singer] I have no opinions about them. I don't know any of their storylines. I don't know what's going on but I like them as people. It's easy that way."
