Janet and Jason Won't Invite 3 Cast Members from The Valley to a Huge Event — See Why

While Janet Caperna is holding true on her promise not to invite one couple to any social events, another cast member on The Valley was excluded for an entirely different reason.

Janet and Jason Caperna are planning a fun-filled babymoon with friends on The Valley — but not everyone made the guest list and the obvious snub had some feeling the burn.

Who's not invited to Jason and Janet's babymoon?

How to Watch

Janet and Jason purposefully decided to exclude Kristen Doute and her boyfriend, Luke Broderickin the wake of a disastrous dinner party where Kristen ramped up the drama and made some shocking claims about the status of Jesse and Michelle Lally’s struggling marriage

Yet, Janet and Jason failed to deliver the news themselves and instead had Jax Taylor be the bearer of bad news just as Kristen’s relaunch of her brand James Mae wrapped up.

“I hate to be the Debbie Downer of your event, but Janet and Jason are planning a babymoon. Uh, we are going to Big Bear,” Jax Taylor told the couple in a preview clip of next week’s all new episode. “Unfortunately, they’re — they don’t want to invite you guys.”

Jax went on to insist he was the “only one” who wanted to see the couple come on the trip, but Kristen felt it was more likely that there were only a select few who were hoping to see her name left off the guest list.

“You mean the only people that said no were the four people who are not here,” she replied, referencing the Capernas and the Lallys, who opted to skip Kristen’s event.

Why weren’t Luke and Kristen invited to the Capernas' babymoon?

While Luke dismissed the snub as “such nonsense,” Kristen admitted in her confessional that she believed it was just Janet’s way of making a power move.

Luke Broderick and Kristen Doute chat at dinner.

“Janet is not inviting me because she wants to let me know that I’m in the outside of the group,” she said. “So she was like, ‘What I say goes, I’m the one who is now the queen bee.’”

Why wasn’t Zack Wickham invited to the nabymoon?

Luke and Kristen weren’t the only ones to be excluded from the trip. Zack Wickham was also noticeably left off the guest list, seemingly just because he was single.

The slight left Zack struggling to hold back the tears as Jasmine Goode and others tried to console their friend.

“Don’t cry, babe,” Kristen told him.

Zack later explained the reason for his emotional reaction in his own confessional.

“When everybody moved to the Valley, it basically created a division in our friendship and I didn’t get invited to a lot of stuff,” he shared. “Being one of the only single people in this group, not inviting me on a babymoon feels like I’m being singled out. Why the f-ck am I not invited? I did nothing wrong.”

Why Is everyone mad at  Kristen Doute?

While there’s been no public fallout involving Zack, the Capernas and the Lallys made the conscious decision to ice Kristen out of the group after a group dinner erupted into an explosive argument between Kristen and the now-estranged Michelle and Jesse, which spilled out into the hall and nearly came to blows in Episode 6.

Kristen claimed that Jesse planned to divorce his wife within two months, an inaccurate conclusion she reached after misinterpreting a conversation she had with Luke about the couple’s troubles.

In the aftermath of the blowout, the Lallys decided they could no longer be around Kristen.

“I think our stance is, if we’re doing a group event, it’s us or Kristen at the group event,” Michelle told the others in Episode 7.

Janet also agreed that Kristen had finally gone too far. “So, for me, personally, she’s not invited to my sh-t,” the mom-to-be added.

To find out what other implications the fight could have for Kristen, tune in to The Valley Tuesdays nights on Bravo or available streaming the following day on Peacock.
