Gina Kirschenheiter and Travis Mullen's relationship has been through the ringer this year.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on Thursdays at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

The first three episodes of The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 18 captured Gina (and her three kids from a previous relationship) having to come to terms with Travis moving out of their shared home in the midst of his divorce. Although Gina was seeking to have more space with her kids, she was adamant that nothing would change in their relationship — they would just not be living as close together.

But have things changed between Gina and Travis since moving out? She is claiming that after a rough time, they are now stronger than ever.

Where do Gina Kirschenheiter and Travis Mullen stand amid Season 18 drama?

During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Thursday, July 25, Gina dished on the latest in her relationship with Travis. And she didn't hold back when it came to her honesty, especially after Andy Cohen asked how her relationship is today.

"It's good, it's really good," she said. "You know, we had a bad year, and we're still not through all of it, but I think we're handling it well."

Like in any relationship, there are still some obstacles that Gina and Travis need to overcome. However, they are still together and still working on their partnership. Gina's Instagram account is filled with current photos of her and Travis. They traveled to Mexico earlier this month to celebrate a friend's birthday and went on a cruise with all of their kids in June.

Travis Mullen was "overwhelmed" by moving out of Gina Kirschenheiter's house

Gina initiated the move out process during RHOC Season 18 Episode 3, having Travis clear out their closet and pack away his clothing. After Gina asked how he was handling everything, Travis said that he was "overwhelmed" because "there's a lot to figure out."

"I think it just goes from us being one single family unit to more of like, adult dating," he explained. Travis was also upset that Gina kept on citing their kids as a reason for this decision, yet she was the one calling the shots.

"Obviously, you made this decision. Okay?" he said. "And I think the kids would prefer to be in this space as one than separate. And I can't say I totally disagree with them."

Gina agreed that coming to this decision was "hard" but stood by it. "I do think this is the right decision and I see things we're gaining from this, but now I'm actually faced with the reality of, 'Okay, but you're not gonna be here tonight.' And that feels bad," she said during the episode.
