It seems like West Wilson is ready to take his summer fling with Ciara Miller to the next level, except there’s one problem – he doesn’t know how to express his feelings.
In the video above, which is a preview of Summer House Season 8, Episode 14 (airing May 23), the Hamptons newbie considers asking Ciara to be his girlfriend while having a lighthearted chat with Kyle Cooke and Jesse Solomon.
Is West Wilson ready to be in a relationship? He says…
The Summer House preview begins with Kyle quipping with West about whether his romance with Ciara will make it long-term. “What’s the future plans for you and Ciara? Are you going to put a label on it?” the Loverboy founder asks.
West replies, “We talked about that on the horseback ride. I was trying to like define it, and I just sounded like a stupid f-cking idiot.” Failing to articulate his true feelings on his date, West then tells Kyle and Jesse that his wordplay confused Ciara.
As he puts it, “I could tell she was like, what the f-ck is this guy saying?”

Elsewhere in the clip, Ciara opens up about her "semi-serious" connection with West to Paige DeSorbo and Amanda Batula.
In their conversation, the model informs her friends that she learned about West texting other girls. As for her reaction to the news? Ciara explains that she told West to “go for it.”
Ciara might be okay with West talking to other people, but Paige intervenes to point out that this indicates that her friend is stuck in her love life. Paige tells Ciara, “You’re in your spot right now where you're either about to put the wall up and be like, f-ck off, or you’re going to fall hard."
Immediately, Ciara agrees with Paige and admits that she’s at a “crossroads” due to West's lack of seriousness. "He’s just like a jokester type of guy,” she explains. “Everything’s a joke. Everything’s funny.”
