Stassi Schroeder and New Boyfriend Beau Clark Share the Story of How They Met

Stassi Schroeder and her new boyfriend Beau Clark just took a huge step in their relationship. He recently made his debut on Stassi's podcast Straight Up with Stassi. 

In that episode, which was released on February 24, we got to hear the origin of what is sure to be a love story for the ages. Stassi met Beau last August after being set up by none other than her Vanderpump Rules besties, Katie Maloney-Schwartz and Kristen Doute. 

However, this romance got off to a rocky start at first as Beau, who works in casting, was initially reluctant to meet up with Stassi after perusing her Instagram profile. "I just scanned through the pictures, and I was like, 'The bleach blonde hair, she's probably got Botox, she's probably got fake boobs.' And I was like, 'She probably goes to Nightingale and gets table service, bottle service, whatever you call it,'" Beau explained on Straight Up with Stassi. "Just not my cup of tea at all." 

But another meeting after an event at the Mondrian Hotel in Los Angeles totally changed Beau's mind about Stassi. "We ended up closing down Mondrian talking," he said. "I don't think I've laughed as hard ever with anybody, just to have a great conversation with someone on a first time hanging out was fantastic." 

Beau added that he and Stassi, who originally hails from New Orleans, connected over growing up in the South. And no, he hasn't seen any episodes of Vanderpump Rules. 

Fast-forward to Valentine's Day of this year when Stassi finally made things Instagram official with her new man and introduced him to the world. Beau's Bloody Valentine's-inspired gifts and decorations shown by Stassi on her Instagram Story made it clear that he already knows the true crime fan oh so well. "I've always been a bad boyfriend on Valentine's Day or something has always happened. I've never had, and it's usually my fault, I'm being honest," Beau recalled on Straight Up with Stassi. "But this was the first Valentine's Day I was like, oh my God I want to do something to make this girl happy (you), and I didn't know what to do. I just know that you love blood and guts."

And it was a hit with Stassi. "I'm gonna get emotional," Stassi shared on her podcast. "This is the best Valentine's Day I've ever had." 

Considering the fact that Beau already has Valentine's Day down, we definitely see a bright future for this couple.
