Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' Tracy Tutor is sharing sweet details on her new relationship.
Tracy Tutor is officially in a new relationship!
During Season 15 of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, viewers watched as Tracy navigated her heartbreaking split from Erik Anderson and hit a few bumps in the road as she started going on dates again. But now, Tracy is in a new romance, and she could not be any happier about it.
The real estate agent appeared on the Sirius XM radio show Jeff Lewis Live on Tuesday, Nov. 26, where she revealed that she has "met someone."
"I'm not gonna speak about names yet," she said. "But I am happy and things are good...It's going lovely."

Although Tracy does not want to identify her boyfriend just yet, she shared that he's "40 and sweet, and comes from a lovely family."
Tracy added that he "works with his family's business." When Jeff asked if that business is real estate, Tracy responded, "A little bit of that."
As for his physical attributes, Tracy said her new beau is "medium" height, adding, "He's very cute."

Tracy shared she has been in her new relationship for about "a month."
How did Tracy Tutor meet her new boyfriend?
Despite not having the most success with using dating apps (as seen in the video above), that's exactly how she ended up meeting her new boyfriend. Tracy revealed that she met him on Raya after Jeff urged her to return to online dating.
"I did meet him on an app," she confirmed.
Tracy Tutor Opens Up About Dating After Erik Anderson Split
Tracy had split from Erik in 2023 after three years of dating. However, they were able to still stay friends.
"Neither of us [is] in a new relationship, so it's been a little easier," Tracy told The Daily Dish in June. "I'm sure when that gets a little bit more complicated, we'll face it. But in the meantime, we're just maintaining a good friendship and he's training me still, and it's been pretty good."
Three months later, during a September interview with The Daily Dish, Tracy revealed that she had been dating, but wasn't in a rush to settle down with just anyone. "I have met some great guys outside of LA and that has been fun, but hard to navigate with my crazy schedule," she explained.
She concluded, "Some might say I have unrealistic expectations, but I think the right man is out there for me and I am playing the long game and waiting for him to ride up and sweep me off my feet."
