Tom Schwartz Makes a Major Statement About His Friendship with Tom Sandoval

Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval's friendship troubles may have started on Vanderpump Rules Season 10, but they certainly didn't end there. That much was made clear in the Vanderpump Rules Season 11 trailer, which dropped on Dec. 11.
Additional details about the new season — which will also include Lisa Vanderpump, Katie Maloney, Scheana Shay, Ariana Madix, Lala Kent, and James Kennedy — indicate further drama for the Toms, too. Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval's Friendship Drama on Vanderpump Rules Season 11
It's safe to say that after the events of Vanderpump Rules Season 10, Sandoval's relationships with most of the cast remain fractured. This appears to be the case even when it comes to Schwartz, as he can be seen saying in the trailer, "I don't know what the future for me and Tom looks like."
What's more, Schwartz's official BravoTV.com bio reads in-part, "Tom Schwartz is mending a challenged friendship after taking the heat for his part in his best friend’s shocking deception."
Sandoval's bio, on the other hand, states that while he's trying to "better himself," he's in "a fragile state" as he "focuses on repairing the foundations of his friendships."
Tom Sandoval's BravoCon 2023 Update on Tom Schwartz
At BravoCon 2023, Sandoval was faced with a request for a friendship status update ahead of Vanderpump Rules Season 11, and he said of him and Schwartz, "We’re doing really well.”
“Considering, I mean, I definitely put him through a lot," he continued. "You know, [he] got a lot of residual hate just from me, you know what I mean?”
“And then everything I did, and, you know, I feel like we're stronger than ever,” Sandoval added. “We've always had a resilient friendship and a loving, caring friendship and yeah, we're in a good place.”
At another BravoCon event, Sandoval faced the same subject. “I feel like it’s definitely gotten better," he explained of his friendship with Schwartz. "Obviously, we went through tough times because of me, and he dealt with a lot of residual negativity, and I really appreciate [him] sticking by.”

Vanderpump Rules Season 11 premieres Tuesday, Jan. 30 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo and will be available to stream the next day on Peacock.
