Tinsley Mortimer Revealed When She and Scott "Will Work on the Baby"
The Real Housewives of New York City alum opened up about when the couple plans to marry and start a family.
Tinsley Mortimer made her departure from The Real Housewives of New York City during Season 12 to join her now-fiancé, Scott Kluth, in Chicago, where the couple is now living out the fairytale ending she’s always dreamt of. On the October 16 episode of the Reality Life with Kate Casey podcast, the RHONY alum opened up about what’s next for the pair.
Tinsley has previously noted that she has frozen her eggs, and that she hopes to have children someday. She shared some more details on her and Scott’s plans to have a family, including the timeline she’s hoping to follow.
“We do want children, of course… at this point we sort of feel like 2020, we are waiting for 2021 to do the things we planned like the wedding, and then we will work on the baby,” said Tinsley. “That’s the plan.”
Back in May, Tinsley opened up about their wedding plans, and how the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has altered them on an episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen: @ Home.
“We had planned on doing something this summer and we just don’t know yet. But we want to do something small, so I think once things maybe start to open up, we’ll be able to figure it out,” she said, adding, “This time is difficult to know what we can do and what we can’t do.”
As Tinsley continues to plan for the future, she revealed that the RHONY “chapter” of her life “is closed.”
“I am still friends with Leah and talk to her all the time. I adore her,” she said. “Hopefully when the world gets to a place that is somewhat normal, I will go back to New York, and I will see people. Can I say that I will reach out to some of the girls on the show if I am in New York? Probably not. Mainly Leah, and maybe Sonja. Of course, I will still watch the show.”
