Tinsley Mortimer Confirms Engagement to Scott Kluth with the Most Glorious Photo

Following reports that her longtime boyfriend Scott Kluth popped the question over the weekend, Tinsley Mortimer confirmed that she is engaged on Instagram on Tuesday, November 26.
The Real Housewives of New York City socialite shared a photo of the magical moment Scott got down on one knee and proposed to an ecstatic Tinsley in front of the Chicago Water Tower. Wreaths can be seen hanging in the windows of the iconic property with four singers presumably performing Christmas carols on the steps in the background to add to the holiday spirit. An onlooker also appears to be capturing the moment with a cellphone in the background.
The proposal was first captured in a video taken by an eyewitness at the scene that was later obtained by E! News.
"I always knew it was you!!!" Tinsley gushed in the post on Instagram.
Prior to confirming her engagement, Tinsley shared a video on Instagram showing her partying it up at Tao in Chicago, where Scott lives, before kissing her boyfriend. "Best weekend ever!!!" Tinsley wrote in the post. "I LOVE YOU SO MUCH SCOTT!!!"
Tinsley previously confirmed that she had rekindled her romance with her on-again, off-again boyfriend after they were rumored to be "fully back together" in October. Since then, Tinsley and Scott, who were first introduced by mutual friend Carole Radziwill in Season 9 of RHONY, have taken their love out on the town, appearing at the opening night of the Big Apple Circus in New York City and coordinating in the cutest couples costume as Cinderella and Prince Charming for Halloween at Disney World.
This will be the second marriage for Tinsley. She was previously married to Topper Mortimer. The couple divorced in 2010.
