Teresa Giudice Is Engaged to Luis “Louie” Ruelas
The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member will be walking down the aisle again with her boyfriend.
Congratulations are in order for Teresa Giudice and Luis "Louie" Ruelas! The Real Housewives of New Jersey couple is engaged.
PEOPLE exclusively reported the happy news on October 21, along with several photos from the moment Louie popped the question. The pics showed Teresa and Louie dressed all in white, surrounded by candles and rose petals. A large, lit-up sign reading "Marry me" can be seen in the background in the photos.
The proposal took place earlier this week on Tuesday, October 19 at the Amanzoe Resort in Porto Heli, Greece and also featured sparklers, a violinist, and a fireworks display, according to PEOPLE. RHONJ alum and Teresa's good friend Dina Manzo and her husband, Dave Cantin, were also present.
In the days leading up to the proposal, Teresa and Louie posted the most romantic photos of their Grecian getaway on Instagram.
The RHONJ cast member was previously married to Joe Giudice. The couple announced their separation in 2019 after 20 years of marriage. They later finalized their divorce in 2020.
Teresa and Louie, who first met at the Jersey Shore, celebrated their one-year anniversary in July. Fans followed the beginning of their relationship in Season 11 of RHONJ.
Gradually, Teresa opened up more and more about her new love, whom we officially got to meet in the Season 11 finale and later at the reunion. The couple made things Instagram official in December of last year, and since then, Teresa often shares the sweetest snaps of Louie, including a post of the pair from earlier this month with the caption, "Love you endlessly."
