Teresa Giudice Debuts a New Dessert Cooking Demo
The 'RHONJ' star shares a favorite dessert recipe that's fun for the whole family.
Teresa Giudice is back with a new cooking demo for Glam.com, and this one is all about sweetness.
The bestselling cookbook author demonstrates how to make her Pretty Pizzelle Ice Cream Sandwiches. "My daughters love this and I even use them to bribe them," she confesses.
The only ingredients you need are pizzelle&8212;thin, flaky waffle cookies that you can get at any supermarket (or even make at home if you're feeling extra motivated)&8212;vanilla frozen yogurt, and a topping of your choice such as sprinkles, mini chocolate chips or M&Ms. After that, it's basically as easy as making a sandwich!
Teresa scoops the softened ice cream onto the pizzelle, sandwiches it, and then rolls the sides in a bowl full of toppings. The sandwiches can then be put in the freezer to harden and served as the perfect after-dinner dessert.

"How I came up with this recipe is that I love pizzelle cookies," Teresa says. "Me and my mom made these growing up. So I just made it fun. I have four daughters and my daughters love to make them. They make them with their friends. It's simple, easy, fun to do."
