Tamra Judge Reveals How She Got a "Screwed Up Belly Button"
Dr. Terry Dubrow helped the #RHOC fitness guru through this scary situation.
Tamra Judge has an incredible bod to show for all of the hard work she put into preparing for her first fitness competition, which she unsurprisingly slayed. So of course, The Real Housewives of Orange County mom wants to show it off, as you may have noticed if you've checked her Instagram profile recently.
After you finish wondering how Tamra achieved such a stunning physique, you may be curious about another part of her anatomy: her belly button.
Following her appearance on Watch What Happens Live Monday night, Tamra set the record straight on Instagram. "[Three] years ago, I was home alone and experienced excruciating pain. I called @drdubrow immediately and he told me to call 911. Terry stayed on the phone with me while the paramedics took me to the hospital. He also communicated with the on call surgeon," she explained. "My stomach wall had burst due to [a] gastric hernia."
Tamra showed the graphic result of her five-hour surgery on Instagram. "Yep I have a [scar] and a screwed up belly button but my intestines where saved," she wrote.
She also expressed her gratitude to Heather Dubrow's plastic surgeon husband Terry for helping her get through this scary situation — and she may even return the favor one day. "Thank you @drdubrow for being that Doctor that cared and took the time," Tamra said. "If you need a new case for #botched you got my digits."
But clearly, Tamra's surgery hasn't kept her from rocking a bikini.
