Never one to be shy about her body, or the work she's had done to it, Shahs of Sunset star Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi revealed her latest procedure in typical GG fashion. "Thank you [Dr. Vladimir Grigoryants] for my new boobies!," she captioned a glammed up Instagram photo of herself in a black lace bandage-style bra. "I always keep it real about what's fake. #NoShameInMyGame," she added.

And keep it real she does. Last summer, GG debuted a more hourglass figure after undergoing an Airsculpt Laser Liposculpture and a Brazilian Butt Lift in Beverly Hills. The Airsculpt procedure is less invasive than traditional liposuction and reportedly removed a litter of fat from her abdomen.

It looks like her boobs won't be GG's only big reveal of 2015. She captioned a second pic teasing an upcoming project, "Dying over this photoshoot and can't wait to reveal what it's for!"
