See Danielle and Lindsay’s Friendship Break Down in the Summer House Season 7 Trailer
Danielle tearfully tells a few of the housemates that the relationship is “beyond repair.”
Rumors surrounding the feud between Lindsay Hubbard and Danielle Olivera have been circulating for quite some time, and now fans finally have some insight into what exactly went down between the longtime besties when they went to the Hamptons for Summer House Season 7.
A trailer for the upcoming season dropped on January 12, and it shows the former partners-in-crime disagreeing about Lindsay’s relationship with her now-fiancé, Carl Radke (who Danielle actually dated first), and about their loyalties to each other.
“Why do I need your blessing?” Lindsay asks Danielle in one moment when the two are sitting outside together.
“What you’re saying is absolute crazy pants to me,” Danielle says, though fans don’t get to find out exactly what Lindsay said to warrant this response.
Things only get worse between the two from there. Danielle finds herself aligning with Paige DeSorbo, Ciara Miller, Mya Allen, and new cast members Samantha Feher and Gabby Prescod, while Lindsay is reaching a boiling point with a few of her housemates.
“I’m going to reach a certain point where I just don’t give a f--k,” Lindsay says. It seems like she soon reaches that point, as does Carl, who pointedly says “f--k you” to the cameras in one scene.
Lindsay also tells Danielle that she feels like she “bashed [her] the entire summer.”
“I don’t talk s--t about you, I say it to your f--king face,” Danielle shouts back.
In another intense scene from the trailer, Danielle shares that it would be “crazy” for Carl and Lindsay to get engaged (the pair did still decide to take that step in August). Lindsay isn’t happy that Danielle is still questioning her relationship.
“Maybe we won’t get engaged when it’s appropriate for you,” Lindsay says, to which Danielle responds that the Hubb House PR founder is “getting so f--king defensive that it’s annoying.”
As Danielle poignantly says, it was truly a “shocking” summer.
Before the trailer for the upcoming season dropped, Lindsay and Danielle teased their “unfortunate” friendship status at BravoCon 2022. During an interview with Us Weekly in December, Lindsay shared that she hadn’t spoken to Danielle since the three-day event wrapped up, and that the situation was “sad” because “nothing’s changed.”
While fans now know that Danielle and Lindsay are no longer on speaking terms, you can find out how they got there by tuning in to Summer House Season 7, which premieres on Monday, February 13, at 9/8c.
