Lindsay Hubbard Tells Boyfriend Carl Radke "I Love You" in Emotional Birthday Tribute

Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke are experiencing plenty of firsts now that they are officially a couple. And the Summer House cast members just hit a major one.

On January 27, Lindsay celebrated Carl's birthday for the first time as his girlfriend. She marked the occasion with a touching tribute on Instagram that included several photos from the couple's courtship so far. "Happy birthday to my BABE!!!" Lindsay began her super sweet birthday message for Carl. "I’m not going to get too mushy (even though I really want to, and have so much to say) but as I look at these photos, I tear up with pride and happiness at the man you are today, and I couldn’t be happier to celebrate the day you were born!"

Lindsay also took a moment to express her gratitude to Carl's dad and mom, Sharon, who has been a fan favorite for her appearances on Summer House over the years. "Thank you for bringing this beautiful/incredible man into the world, for raising him with strength, integrity, compassion, and a strong moral compass," Lindsay wrote. "I am beyond thankful to you!"

She ended the post with the warmest wishes for Carl on his big day — dropping an "I love you," no less. "Happy birthday baby! I can’t wait to celebrate you all day today!" Lindsay shared. "I love you!!"

No one could deny how cute Lindsay and Carl are in the comments of this Instagram post, including Katie Maloney-Schwartz, Scheana Shay, Bali Chainani, and Ally Shapiro, all of whom showed their love and support for the couple.

After months of speculation, Lindsay and Carl confirmed their relationship earlier this month. Following a memorable attempt at a potential romance in Season 4 of Summer House, love started to bloom again around the time of Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula's wedding in September, Carl explained during his appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen last week (clip above).

And though Lindsay told Page Six that she and Carl "don’t really talk in labels," Carl confirmed on WWHL that he and Lindsay are "girlfriend-boyfriend." Lindsay ultimately seemed to agree, tagging a photo of the pair from this season of Summer House "Boyfriend Material" on Instagram on January 19.

Carl and Lindsay have been letting fans into their relationship more and more recently, including a dreamy beach photo shoot making the relationship Instagram official, followed by glimpses of their getaway to Nashville earlier this month.
