Taylor Ann Green Shares Her “5 Year Goal” and We Have to Say We Support It
Here’s what Southern Charm’s Taylor is looking forward to next after a busy and dramatic 2022!
After spending some time traveling (and sharing enviable Instagrams from her trip), Southern Charm’s Taylor Ann Green is back home in Charleston and thinking about the future.
Taylor recently took to her Instagram Stories and shared what she’d really like to mark off her to-do list in the next few years. She posted a video from a trip to a neighboring community in Mount Pleasant and noted that it’s her “[five] year goal to move into this neighborhood.”
It’s just the latest update Taylor has shared with fans following her split from Shep Rose earlier this year. As you might recall, she opened up at BravoCon 2022 about her current job situation and clarified any misconceptions when it comes to her professional life (more in the clip above).
Back in October, Taylor confirmed that she is “working again,” and now her career is in sales and marketing for a new company. She added that she still has “love” for her former job, boss, and coworkers and that she’d just run into them “the other day.”
“I didn’t quit my job,” Taylor further noted. “I took a hiatus and then I came back. And I was like, I need a more lenient job that, ya know… So, the sales and marketing [job] is perfect.”
In addition to work and romantic changes, Taylor has been supporting her sister, Catie, amid her cancer battle, which Taylor spoke about during the Southern Charm Season 8 reunion. She also welcomed a new puppy, Penelope, into her life back in August. Oh, she also recently offered up a cute update on her pup by sharing a photo of just how big she's gotten and what she plans to do "more" of with the pup in the new year.
Taylor noted at BravoCon 2022 that “I just really need to get back to, like, my roots and who I am and the person I know who I am” after the drama of Season 8 of Southern Charm and the tense reunion.
