Southern Charm New Orleans' Tamica Lee Has a Major Update on Her Relationship with Husband Barry Smith
Find out what's new with the New Orleans couple's marriage following the Season 1 finale.
After a season full of ups and downs for Tamica Lee and Barry Smith, the Southern Charm New Orleans couple reconnected, shall we say, as they got some alone time in the bathroom in the last shindig of the season in Sunday night's finale. Yes, the husband and wife, who have been married for 10 years, seemed as close as ever — emotionally and physically — after some tension in their marriage had taken a toll on their relationship and sex life.
Tamica told The Daily Dish earlier this spring that after filming on this season ended, she and Barry let the good times keep rolling, so to speak. And the Southern Charm New Orleans couple is shouting it from the rooftops. "Yeah, I [send] a message, like, 'Tamica, where are you?' This is what I get back: 'Sex Fest 2017.' And then there was 'Sex Fest 2018,'" their good friend and fellow New Orleans Charmer Reagan Charleston confirmed to The Daily Dish during that same interview with Tamica. "They're having more sex than ever."
Tamica also opened up to The Daily Dish about why she and Barry took a little break in the bedroom this season. "I was tired. I was going through so much at that time with work and everything and filming. I was just like, 'Stop it,'" she explained. "Unless anybody's been with anybody for 15 years, don't give me advice on my sex life, because with two kids in the house, 15 years of being together, my God, you just go through peaks and valleys."
But these days, it sounds like Tamica and Barry have definitely hit another peak. "I'm obsessed with that man. He's hot," she gushed. "We're getting it in."
We previously got an update on the status of Reagan's marriage with husband Jeff Charleston following the Southern Charm New Orleans season finale. Reagan and Jeff confirmed their separation to PEOPLE on Monday. "Jeff and I have decided to separate and are devoting time to re-establishing a great friendship while focusing on personal growth apart," Reagan said in a statement. "We are looking forward to seeing what the future has in store for us."
