Madison LeCroy Is Engaged: "It Happens When You Least Expect It"
The Southern Charm mom confirmed she's engaged to boyfriend Brett after going public with the relationship this past spring.
Mazels are in order: Madison LeCroy is officially engaged! She confirmed the news on Thursday (October 14) nearly a week after her boyfriend Brett proposed on October 8.
“I am engaged! And I’m so excited because I honestly had no clue at the time,” she said during an on Amazon Live on Thursday, via Page Six. “It was a very special moment for my family. We traveled a good bit around the world, and I kinda thought it would possibly happen then, but I think it happens when you least expect it. He involved my son [Hudson, who] is a huge part of my life, and we’ve been crying for the last week because we’ve been overwhelmed with the excitement.”
Madison also confirmed the news in a statement to Us Weekly. “I’m excited to announce that I am engaged! Oh, my gosh," she said. "I am so excited and I feel like I’ve been trying to hold this in for quite some time and it has been one of the hardest things I’ve had to do.”
The Southern Charm mom added in a separate statement to PEOPLE, "I've been crying like crazy from joy."
She shed even more light on her proposal in a statement to E! News: "I'm getting married. I got engaged over the weekend, and I'm so excited."
While Madison confirmed the news on Thursday, she may have hinted at her next chapter with Brett in an Instagram she posted last weekend. It featured her future husband, Hudson, and herself posing together, and she simply captioned it, "Speechless."
Madison first confirmed she had a new love in her life back in April. In June, she went Instagram official with Brett. Since then, she's been keeping fans up to date on their adventures together, which have included her son Hudson as well!
