See Lauren Manzo's Sweet Engagement Video
She toasts the one-year anniversary of her proposal with a look at "the moment."
Lauren Manzo got engaged to longtime love Vito Scalia one year ago and, to commemorate the happy anniversary, the bride-to-be posted a video of the moment she said yes for the very first time.
Caroline Manzo took the video, split into two parts for Instagram, and as Lauren explains, "Please excuse the sound of both our mothers sobbing." She also makes us privy to her favorite part of the experience, captioning the video, "My favorite is when you hear our family crack up when I scream "holy s***" when I see the ring."

Lauren will be walking down the aisle next year in a dramatic Vera Wang princess gown that Caroline helped her pick out. Last week, she also went veil shopping with her girlfriends and posted a silly pic of the experience. The reception will be taking place at family-owned catering hall The Brownstone. The bride will have ten bridesmaids and previously revealed that she would be surprised if her big Italian wedding where to have less than 400 guests.

As for the planning process, Caroline has declared that "Lauren is the farthest thing from a bridezilla. She's very budget-conscious." She revealed that husband Albert is the one who is ready to indulge every wedding fantasy and whim: "Her father's the one who’s like, 'That's my little girl, she can have whatever she wants.'"
