Does Gina Kirschenheiter Regret Having Travis Move Out?

Gina Kirschenheiter is still gushing over her outdoor kitchen — and understandably so.

Months after installing the “badass” amenity, The Real Housewives of Orange County mom told fans she was very pleased with how it turned out and explained why it’s become one of her favorite spaces at her Mission Viejo townhome

“The amount of times I have used my outdoor kitchen since I’ve had it would blow your mind!” Gina wrote in a September 13 carousel. “Best decision I have made in a long time. From start to finish the whole process and final outcome has been extremely easy and incredibly beneficial for my family. My favorite part……no mess and smell in my kitchen!!”

Gina then gave a shoutout to Coyote Outdoor and RTA Outdoor Living, the companies behind the patio upgrade.

“If you are thinking of getting an outdoor kitchen, call RTA/Coyote!!!!!” she continued. “Seriously can’t say enough good things about them!!!! I endorse things that are Awesome. This is one of those things 100%!!!!!”

See inside Gina's family dinner with Travis Mullen and his kids

Gina showed off the incredible space during a recent get-together with her boyfriend, Travis Mullen, and their respective kids. The OC ’Wife said her and Travis’ middle children wanted to treat their families to a homecooked meal served alfresco.

“Our middles wanted to make dinner for the family,” Gina said in a video. “They’re the cutest ever, so I had to share. They’re making dinner! Are you guys excited? You think everybody’s gonna love it?”

Although the kids revealed they accidentally burnt the pizza, Gina reassured them it was going to be OK.

“We’re gonna make another one!” she said.

The post also showed Travis and the kids cooking on the patio and included a snap of their “beautiful” dinner setup. The outdoor table featured a beige runner with woven chargers, white plates, green glassware, and a candle centerpiece.

The last side showed the families sitting around the table enjoying a meal of steak, pizza, and veggies.

Gina explains why she asked Travis to move out of her townhouse

Gina purchased her OC townhouse in early 2020, about six months after she and Travis started dating. The couple entered the relationship with a total of six kids from their previous relationships. Gina has two sons, Nicholas and Luca, as well as a daughter named Sienna. Travis has two daughters, Presley and Bennett, and a son named Joseph.

Travis and his kids moved into Gina’s home shortly after she purchased it; however, they moved out of the townhouse earlier this year after Gina expressed concern over the lack of space. The OC mom explained the joint living situation was much more manageable when the kids were smaller, but now that they’re growing, they needed more “privacy.”

“I feel like in my home it’s me, Travis, six kids, and Travis’s baggage. And it’s too much,” Gina said about the move in RHOC Season 18, Episode 1. “We went and we looked at houses, and we looked at what it would take to get into a house the size of our family, and we can’t afford it. Honestly, my gut is telling me that we need to live separately and see where the chips land.”
