Scheana Shay Confirms She Reached out to Ex-Husband Mike Shay on Their Last Wedding Anniversary
The Vanderpump Rules cast member and her ex divorced several years ago.

Vanderpump Rules' Scheana Shay and Mike Shay married on July 27, 2014 and divorced in 2017. Despite their breakup, Scheana revealed it actually isn't difficult for her when July comes around and the big day approaches. In fact, on their anniversary last year, Scheana reached out to Shay.
"It’s just another day on the calendar," she told The Daily Dish podcast. "I mean, last year on what would’ve been my wedding anniversary, I sent Shay a bitmoji and we both had a good laugh."
Scheana also recently said on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in January that of all the beaus she's shared her life with on the series, "he's the only one I'm still in touch with."
Still, that doesn't mean she hasn't learned a thing or two from their marriage. She told The Daily Dish podcast, "I learned to never settle, and I don’t — nothing against Shay at the time, you know? He was my best friend and that was what I saw forever, but there were a lot of red flags I ignored."
And Scheana's using those lessons now in her new relationship. She recently confirmed she is dating Brock Davies, a professional rugby player and gym owner originally from Australia.
"Even in my relationship now, it’s so unfair to my amazing boyfriend that I have past trauma and if I see — I’m just like, I have automatically thought that, because Shay did these things, every other guy is gonna do these things, and it’s kind of messed me up mentally and emotionally a little bit, but I’ve learned from it and I’ve grown from it and I just know things to look out for and what I deserve and just not to settle," she explained.
