First comes engagement, then comes a new apartment? That appears to be the case for Million Dollar Listing New York star Ryan Serhant.
The broker recently purchased a new place in Soho for $3.7 million, reports the Real Deal. No doubt that Ryan used those negotiating skills to nab the penthouse for less than asking (which was reportedly $4.1 million). “I’ve always been bullish on the area,” he told the site. “You bet on the future, not on today.”
The place, according to the report, includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and not one, but two terraces. And the real estate hotshot seems pretty excited about the purchase. He shared on Instagram "Early morning investments are the best part of waking up. And you can tell my attorney is just as excited!"

And just days ago he shared a photo of his view from his terrace, which looks right into the Big Apple. "My little brother and I would say this every night when we were little: Now I lay me down to sleep. I pray The Lord my soul to keep.
