Will Teresa Giudice and Fiancé Luis "Louie" Ruelas Be Getting a Prenup?
The RHONJ cast member and her daughter, Gia Giudice, also share details on their new living arrangement.
Teresa Giudice is all about sharing the "love, love, love" ever since announcing her engagement to fiancé Luis "Louie" Ruelas several months ago. From moving in with Louie to giving glimpses at a wrist tattoo with her name and a heart that he got, The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member has been pretty candid about her relationship with her fiancé, and recently opened up with more details about their future together, including whether or not a prenup is in the cards for the couple.
During her February 1 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, following the RHONJ Season 12 premiere, the subject of Teresa and Louie's upcoming nuptials came up after host Andy Cohen asked Teresa if her and Louie were "doing prenups for the wedding," to which Teresa replied, "No."
Andy then asked Teresa and Louie, who was sitting in the Clubhouse audience, if they had ever previously discussed the matter of signing a prenuptial agreement, and Louie also replied that they had not.
Teresa's eldest daughter, Gia Giudice, who was the guest bartender in the Clubhouse in honor of her recent 21st birthday, also weighed in on the subject, asking, "Why would she sign a prenup?" Andy explained, "To protect what she has, for him to protect what he has," to which Gia replied, "I mean, my dad made her sign a prenup, and I really didn't like that."
Teresa, who finalized her divorce from ex-husband Joe Giudice in 2020 after 20 years of marriage, then revealed that Joe had asked her to sign a prenup "a week before the wedding" and that she had almost called off the wedding as a result. But Teresa went on to share that she would be open to signing a prenup if Louie said to, adding, "I'm so, like, very easy about that."

In addition to juicy tidbits about her relationship, Teresa also revealed details about moving in with Louie in the clip, above. Gia also opened up about what life was like living in their new house with Louie and his younger son, saying, "Honestly, it's great."
