Teresa’s Lawyer Shares Heartwarming Behind-the-Scenes Info on the RHONJ Moment She Came Home from Prison
Teresa Giudice also revealed her current feelings about that Season 7 moment.
Teresa Giudice has opened up to fans about so much of her life over the years on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. And there is one moment that we're learning more about now.
Teresa, as well as Giudice family attorney James J. Leonard Jr., shared new insight into the emotional Season 7 episode in which the RHONJ mom returned home from prison.
The episode includes Teresa's daughter's prepping for their mom's arrival as Joe Giudice also readies for her return home. The family immediately breaks down into all of the emotions when she walks through the door after being away for nearly a year.
Now Leonard is opening up about it after a photo from that moment was shared on Instagram by a fan about how emotional it is.
"I want to tell you something about this scene. Obviously I drove her home so I was there. I purposely stayed behind in the garage because I didn’t want to ruin that moment, that was for the family. A few months later one of the producers and I went to dinner and she showed me the cut ….if you listen, when she and I are walking past the dogs cage, her mic picked up her heart beating out of her chest … that is absolutely the most authentic scene in the history of reality television," he shared. "100 percent REAL emotion. Period. Makes me cry every time I see it because I know how real that was for all of them"
Teresa also commented on the moment, sharing that it still makes her emotional as well. "Just seeing and reading this post remembering all of this," she commented. "And now I am crying."
Teresa's life as a mom has always been some of her sweetest moments to watch over the years. Last year in an Instagram post, Teresa opened up a bit more about sharing her life with her daughters on RHONJ. It's clear that through the ups and downs, her kids are her true source of happiness. “Best part of being on a reality TV show…capturing special moments with my daughters," she shared at the time.
