Melissa Gorga Reveals Who She Keeps in Touch with from The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Cast
The RHONJ cast member shared new details about hanging with 'Wives from across the franchises during the RHUGT vacation.
Get ready to pack your bags for a glamorous trip to Turks and Caicos where you'll get to hang out with the Real Housewives. Here is your friendly reminder that the Peacock original series The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip begins encoring on Bravo beginning on February 8.
Bravo Insider recently chatted with The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Melissa Gorga, and she reflected on the experience of taking a fab trip and getting to know The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Cynthia Bailey and Kenya Moore, The Real Housewives of New York City's Luann de Lesseps and Ramona Singer, and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Kyle Richards a little better. And, of course, she wasn't the only Jersey girl on the vacation; her sister-in-law, Teresa Guidice, was also there for all the fun. So, yes, things got pretty over-the-top.
So, is there a moment from the getaway that really stands out for Melissa all this time later? "[My] favorite moment was definitely when I threw that slumber party, and we had like, those crazy [mouthguard] things in our mouths and Ramona was peeing her pants. Definitely my favorite," Melissa shared in a recent phone interview with Bravo Insider. "We just got very wild that night. Like, when I host a party, everyone lets their hair down, and we just have fun."
Melissa is not exactly a newbie when it comes to Real Housewives vacations. She's got seasons and seasons' worth of RHONJ trips that she's shared with fans under her belt. Still, she said, this one hit a little differently. "It definitely did. It felt more like a sisterhood on this trip, to be honest," she said.
And in case you're wondering, the ladies have definitely kept in touch since the trip wrapped up and they landed back in their respective cities, which means that Melissa and the Ultimate Girls Trip cast now get to relive the fun by watching the episodes back.
"I mean, watching it was the same as living it, to be honest. We just had so much fun. It was so great," she said. "We’re all still on, like, this group text chain. We all text each other all the time and, you know, [we'll] wish each other a 'merry Christmas' and a 'happy birthday,' and just say we miss each other sometimes."
"I really bonded with those ladies on that trip, and it’s just so fun," Melissa continued. "Fans went crazy. They loved it. I was happy that the fans were happy and, like, we were able to give them a little gift."
