They grow up so fast! Antonia Gorga is ready to close the chapter on her high school years. The Real Housewives of New Jersey daughter, who is currently a high school senior, shared that she just did one major thing for the “last” time as she readies for her high school graduation in just a few months.

Antonia shared on Instagram that she just had her “last practice” for cheerleading. Antonia also posted the full video to her TikTok, and in it, the cheer captain and her team put their handprints on a poster as well as received boxes filled with letters they wrote to one another. “My fav team ever,” Antonia captioned the sentimental video. She also shouted out her coach. The video left Melissa Gorga in her feelings. She commented, “So sweet! College-bound.” (Antonia’s cheerleading career has been featured on RHONJ.)

Antonia is indeed college-bound, and Melissa has been keeping everyone in the know about her daughter’s college decision process. The RHONJ mom revealed that Antonia has received multiple college acceptances and has been touring schools over the past couple of months.

To recap, in December 2022, Melissa shared that Antonia received her first college acceptance to Penn State University. Melissa later confirmed that Antonia also received acceptance letters from the University of Delaware and the University of Rhode Island. In January, Melissa, Joe, and Antonia toured the University of Delaware.

Recently, Melissa admitted that she and her husband, Joe Gorga, don’t see eye to eye about their daughter living on campus (Melissa is all for it, while Joe has other feelings about his daughter not living at home). Melissa added that she’s looking forward to watching her daughter grow as she embarks on her college education. “I do everything for her,” she said in an interview with People. “It’s good for her to be independent and learn who she is, so I’m excited for her. It’s going to be a huge change not to have her bossing us around this house like she does, but I think it’s going to be great for her.”

Melissa spoke to Bravo Insider back in 2022 and opened up about seeing her daughter grow up. “I do [see myself in her]. She’s tough. She’s definitely an opinionated [person], a tough cookie, which I love. But also I struggle with going head-to-head with her a lot, and I think she knows how to push my buttons. I think we have, like, a real mother-daughter relationship — and I am her mother before I am her friend, so we bump heads sometimes. But at the end of the day, I think she knows that I am always doing what’s best for her.”
