Larsa Pippen Reveals What Happened in Her Friendship with Kim Kardashian (UPDATED)
The RHOM cast member reflects on her status with her one-time BFF.
UPDATED (December 16, 11:54 A.M.): Here are the latest updates on Larsa Pippen and Kim Kardashian.
The Art Basel Rumor Debunked
When she sat down with Access this week, she addressed the report that she and Kim were avoiding each other at Art Basel 2022. "I never saw her at Art Basel," she said. "So I have no idea what they're talking about."
Where They Stand in December 2022
She noted in that Access interview that she and Kim are "cool. We're friends. There's no beef. There's no bad situation. If I see her, obviously, we're gonna speak."
The original story continues below.
Larsa Pippen previously noted that she would "give [her] side of the story" about what happened with her former BFF, Kim Kardashian, during Season 4 of The Real Housewives of Miami. And in a recent episode, Larsa did in fact shed new light on what led to the fallout in their relationship.
In an episode of RHOM that dropped on Peacock last week, Larsa reflected on what led to her friendship to shift with Kim. The update was shared amid a season where Larsa's friendship with Kim has been a buzzy topic.
"I was best friends with Kim, and I love her and I love Kanye, and I just was the person that was stuck in the middle,” Larsa said in the February 10 episode of RHOM (via Page Six and Us Weekly). She further noted the situation became difficult because "I was the friend that was basically there and saw everything. And that basically was the demise of our relationship. I knew too much, I was a problem, and so, whatever. That’s kind of what happened.”
In an interview with Us Weekly back in January, Larsa shared an update on where things stand with Kim currently. “I feel like we’re in a really good place. You know, I feel like there was a lot [of] miscommunication at the time,” she said at the time. “We’ve all apologized to each other. We’re in a really good place.”
That status update mirrored an interview Larsa gave to Entertainment Tonight back in December. "Honestly, Kim and I are in a good place," she said in that interview late last year. "I love them, I love her. I wish nothing but great things for them. I feel like they wish nothing but great things for me."
In fact, when Larsa appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen back in early January with the rest of the RHOM cast, she even noted that she and Kim "talk all the time."
