Joanna Krupa and Husband Douglas Nunes Are Divorcing

The Real Housewives of Miami alum Joanna Krupa and her husband, Douglas Nunes, are divorcing, according to People. The couple married in the summer of 2018 and are going their separate ways after less than five years of marriage. Together, Joanna and Douglas are parents to a daughter, Asha-Leigh Presley Nunes, born in November 2019.

Douglas hasn’t made any appearances on Joanna’s Instagram account lately (his most recent appearance was several months ago), but she does often share sweet moments with their little girl on her social media feed. Her Instagram bio notes “my family is my [world].”

As for her life as a mom to her 3-year-old daughter, well, Joanna loves it. “She’s changed my world,” Joanna shared with The Daily Dish back in 2020. “She’s the love of my life. Probably the biggest accomplishment I would say, till today, is having my little daughter.”

Joanna, who is an avid animal rights activist, appeared on Seasons 2 and 3 of RHOM. She is currently the head judge and presenter on the Polish version of Top Model, which she has appeared on since 2010. When she spoke with The Daily Dish in 2020, she opened up about who she was on RHOM versus who she is today, adding how her priorities shifted over time.

“Well, on the show I didn’t really talk about children because I was at a point in my life where it was all about career and I wanted to have a little bit of selfish time for myself,” she said. “And I always knew, you know, deep down that if I do have kids, it would be later down the line — and that is why I chose to freeze my eggs about five years ago.”
